mycar opens new Cranbourne store as regional expansion continues

mycar has today opened a new store in a non-metro Australian location, furthering the brand’s ongoing national expansion throughout 2021. The store, based in Cranbourne, Victoria represents the fifth opening of 2021 as mycar looks to deliver a range of new and innovative services to regional customers.

The new mycar store in regional Victoria will offer consumers a revolutionary new method of engaging with a car service technician the latest car care technology and innovative customer solutions, delivering a full range of automotive services including scheduled general car servicing, tyre and battery replacement, and general mechanical repairs.

The Cranbourne stores bring mycar’s total store count to over 270 nationally, with the business continuing to expand its footprint and maintain growth since the start of the pandemic in March 2020. mycar remains one of the only automotive brands in Australia to experience growth during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Commenting on the opening of the mycar Cranbourne location, Adam Pay, Managing Director of mycar, said: “We’re finding our growth nationally is being fuelled by our best-in-market customer service. The mycar Cranbourne store will be lead by Craig, leading a team of three local car care experts from October 2021.
