    1. This $199 mycar Air Conditioning R134a Regas promotion (Promotion) is offered by Tyre and Auto Pty Ltd trading as mycar Tyre & Auto ABN 57 164 707 484 WA Lic. No. MRB5465 (mycar)- ARC Authorisation Number- AU #58107.
    2. Book in store or by telephone during business hours with mycar between Monday 12 October and Saturday 7 November 2026 (Promotional Period) for a discounted price of $199, $30 off the mycar recommended retail price, to be applied to an air conditioning R134a regas (Offer Regas) subject to these Terms and Conditions.
    3. The Offer Regas must be completed by mycar during the Promotional Period, and bookings and stock are subject to availability. If an Offer Regas is completed outside of the Promotional Period, the full cost of $229 for booked regas will be payable.
    4. The regas will only qualify as an Offer Regas if it meets the manufacturer’s guidelines for the booked vehicle.
    5. This Promotion is valid only once per vehicle and once per customer and is for genuine and private customers only (and excludes government, fleet, and wholesale customers).
    6. Telephone and in-store bookings and purchases may only be made during mycar’s trading hours.
    7. This Promotion is subject to availability and while stocks last, is not exchangeable, is not transferable, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
    8. If any aspect of this offer cannot proceed as expected, for any reason including as a result of computer viruses, communications network or technical failure, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any cause beyond the control of mycar, then mycar may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the offer.
    9. In the event of any dispute concerning the conduct of the offer, the decision of mycar is final. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any problems or dissatisfaction with the offer is to cease participation in the Promotion.
    10. Nothing in these terms restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). The governing law and jurisdiction of these terms is New South Wales, Australia.
