Hi team I am hoping this feedback can make its way past the area or state manager to the owners of customer experience of the MyCar brand in its infancy You can decide whether this is worthwhile based on my feedback I have been a customer of this site for 10 years and it is comforting to me as a customer that my service records have been retained through the transition of the brand recently with the level of detail to make interactions personal as your adverts say its about the people Darren Tom and Sergio and one other gentleman who I did not catch the name of with a US accent have made interactions smooth flawless and authentic it is these interactions that make me feel valued as a customer regardless of what I am experiencing with my vehicle or the work the team is putting in to ensure the safety of myself and my family I am hoping a MyCar CX representative can interact with me to share experiences on NPS seeing the company I work for Optus and MyCar have an enterprise discount agreement Well done to Darren and Team for such a remarkable CX on a customer who is also in that line of business a pleasure to deal with
