    mycar BLACK FRIDAY 50% OFF PIRELLI PROMOTION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. This mycar Black Friday 50% off Pirelli promotion is offered by Tyre and Auto Pty Ltd trading as mycar Tyre & Auto ABN 57 164 707 484 WA Lic. No. MRB5465 (mycar).
    2. On Friday 28 November 2025 book (a) online or by telephone with mycar between 12.01am and 11.59pm AEDT or (b) in store with mycar between 8.00am and 5.30pm AEDT for the purchase and fitment of any in stock Pirelli tyres and receive a discount of 50% off the recommended retail price of those tyres (Offer Tyres).
    3. Offer Tyres must be booked on Friday 28 November 2025 and be fitted between Monday 5 January 2026 and Saturday 14 February 2026. If Offer Tyres are fitted after 14 February 2026, the full cost of all the tyres in the transaction will be payable.
    4. All Offer Tyres must meet manufacturer’s guidelines for that vehicle and must all be fitted to a single vehicle at the same time in-store at mycar.
    5. Bonus Offer: Book and purchase Offer Tyres, and fit the Offer Tyres during the periods stated in paragraph 3 above, to be eligible for a $100 off logbook servicing discount with mycar.
      1. Logbook servicing discount confirmation will appear on your Offer Tyres invoice/booking quotation, but the logbook servicing discount can only be redeemed after the Offer Tyres have been fitted and paid for.
      2. The $100 off logbook servicing discount is single use and only applies to logbook servicing (in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations) of the vehicle to which the Offer Tyres were fitted.
      3. Discounts, even if unused or partly used, are not exchangeable for credit or refund.
      4. The logbook servicing discount will expire at 11.59pm AEDT on 28 November 2026.
    6. This promotion is valid only once per vehicle and once per customer and is for genuine and private buyers only (and excludes fleet, government and wholesale customers
    7. This promotion, the Offer Tyres discount, and the logbook servicing discount, are subject to booking availability and while stocks last. (Note reduced trading days or store closures at select mycar stores may reduce the fitment period and booking availability at those stores).
    8. The Offer Tyres discount and the logbook servicing discount are not exchangeable, not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
    9. If any aspect of this offer cannot proceed as expected, for any reason including as a result of computer viruses, communications network or technical failure, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any cause beyond the control of mycar, then mycar may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the offer.
    10. In the event of any dispute concerning the conduct of the offer, the decision of mycar is final. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any problems or dissatisfaction with the offer is to cease participation in the offer.
    11. Nothing in these terms restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). The governing law and jurisdiction of these terms is New South Wales Australia.
