    Do you have a question about Afterpay? While we’ve covered the basics below, the AfterPay team is always here to help.

    How do payments work?

    Afterpay accepts payments from debit and credit cards from Amex, Mastercard, and Visa which have been issued in your country of residence. Please note that we cannot accept payments by BPAY, Bank Transfer or Pre-Paid cards.

    You have two payment options:

    Option 1: Automatic Payments

    Sign in and enter the details of your preferred payment card under "Add a payment method" in the "Billings" section of "My Account"

    Option 2: Manual Payments

     

    Select the PAY NOW button on the App or online in your account and enter your card details manually.

    How do refunds work?

    If we don’t hit the mark, you can organise a refund with AfterPay.

    You’ve paid the entire amount: The full amount will be repaid onto your designated card.

    If you’ve made instalment payments: What you’ve paid will be refunded onto your card and future instalments cancelled.
