mycar May 2026 Service 'n' Fill Promotion Terms and Conditions (Terms)

  1. This Promotion is offered by Tyre and Auto Pty Ltd trading as mycar Tyre & Auto ABN 57 164 707 484 (mycar) in conjunction with Viva Energy Australia Pty Ltd ABN 46 004 610 459 (Viva Energy) for fuel to be purchased from Shell Coles Express/Reddy Express stores.
  2. This Promotion's Promotional Period is from 4 May to 17 May 2026 unless withdrawn earlier by Viva Energy, and/or mycar (jointly and severally, the Entities). mycar will provide notice via its website, the App or by email should the Promotional Period change.
  3. To be eligible for a discount of 17 cents off per litre of Shell fuels (excluding LPG and AdBlue products), min 2L and max 150L per transaction, once per week, over 8 consecutive weeks (Discount), a customer (you) must:
    1. Book and pay online at www.mycar.com.au for a Logbook Service to your vehicle during the Promotional Period and have that Logbook Service completed in-store at mycar (see www.mycar.com.au/stores) before 30 May 2026 (Offer Logbook Service). (Please see exclusions in clause 7 below);
    2. the Discount is only valid if the Offer Logbook Service is completed before 30 May 2026 (note Logbook Service bookings are subject to availability). The Discount will no longer be applicable on any Logbook Service completed after 30 May 2026.
    3. If your Offer Logbook Service is completed before 30 May 2026, mycar will send you an email detailing the steps to claim the Discount (Offer Email);
    4. have a smart phone capable of downloading and using the Shell Secret Saver app (App);
    5. have a valid email address, and a current Australian mobile phone number (mobile number); and
    6. be aged 18 years or over.
  4. To redeem this Discount, you must:
    1. Click 'redeem' in the Offer Email received from mycar by close of business on 14 June 2026 (Registration).
    2. Consent to Viva Energy's privacy policy (https://www.vivaenergy.com.au/contact/privacy-policy), Shell Secret Saver Terms and Conditions (https://secretsaver.shell.com.au/terms-and-conditions/), mycar's privacy policy at www.mycar.com.au/policies/privacy-policy, and these Terms.
  5. Registration validation and Activation
    1. Only one Registration can be made with each Offer Email.
    2. A mobile number can only have one Registration assigned to it.
    3. If your Registration is successfully validated, mycar will email you and ask you to download the App to your phone. You must download and activate the App (Activation) before close of business on 14 June 2026.
    4. This Discount offer will lapse if you fail to or are unable to follow the Registration or Activation steps listed above or if you do not enter accurate or valid details upon Registration.
    5. mycar reserves the right, in its sole discretion but acting reasonably, to determine whether your Registration and participation is valid, genuine and in good faith.
  6. Use of Discount:
    1. Upon Activation, you will have access to redeem your fuel discount barcode.
    2. You will have access to a new single use Discount barcode, for use once per week only, following Activation for 8 consecutive weeks.
    3. Visit a Shell Coles Express/Reddy Express stores in Australia and fill your vehicle with a minimum of 2 litres but no more than 150 litres of selected fuel (see clause 7.1 for exclusions) to use the Discount.
    4. Use your phone and your own internet connection, but only when in-store, to access your account on the App to redeem and display the Barcode for the operator to apply the discount to your fuel purchase for payment. mycar reserves its rights to cease offering the Discount to you if mycar reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, or engaged in improper misconduct, or conduct which has jeopardised the fair and proper conduct of this offer.
  7. Exclusions and Discount application
    1. LPG and AdBlue products are excluded from the Discount. Product exclusions may vary from time to time at Viva Energy's discretion and mycar will endeavour to provide prior notice of any change.
    2. The Discount cannot be used when paying with Fleet Card, Shell Card, Motorpass or Motorcharge. The Discount is not exchangeable, or transferable, or redeemable for cash.
    3. Subject to Shell Coles Express/Reddy Express's terms and conditions, and to acceptance by Shell Coles Express/Reddy Express at point of sale, you may stack your Barcode with other selected discounts accepted by Shell Coles Express/Reddy Express, such as Coles fuel discount dockets and Shell Coles Express/Reddy Express in store spend for fuel discounts.
    4. Should you present any other Viva Energy funded fuel discount offer for redemption (e.g. Flybuys, Shell Racing Team app), in addition to your Barcode, only the greatest fuel discount offer will be redeemed. Should all your Viva Energy funded offers be of the same value, then the first offer presented will be redeemed.
    5. This offer is only valid for online Logbook Service bookings and excludes Essential and Essential Plus service packages.
    6. The servicing of the following vehicle brands are excluded this offer due to the limited-service interval details provided by the original equipment manufacturer: BMW, MINI, MERCEDES-BENZ, LAND ROVER, MG, PORSCHE, MERCEDES-AMG, BMW M, TESLA, FERRARI, ASTON MARTIN, BENTLEY, LAMBORGHINI, ROLLS ROYCE, MCLAREN and BYD.
    7. Fleet, trade, government, wholesale customers, and mycar team members, are excluded from this offer.
    8. You must select the correct logbook interval (by months or kilometres travelled, in accordance with your vehicle's logbook) when booking your Offer Logbook Service. If, upon inspection of the customer's vehicle/logbook/records, mycar finds that the interval has been incorrectly selected, the cost may be adjusted to reflect the cost of the correct logbook interval service.
  8. You acknowledge and agree that:
    1. you have read these Terms and, by claiming the Discount, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms;
    2. you must only use your phone safely, and in-store at Shell Coles Express/Reddy Express, to redeem the Discount;
    3. you are responsible for having an appropriate phone and internet service to allow you to access the App and clearly display the Barcode;
    4. no WI-FI, internet or mobile data access will be provided at the Shell Coles Express/Reddy Express location and the Entities make no representation or claim in relation to any of the responsibilities set out in clause.
      8.2 to 8.3 and that those responsibilities are beyond the control of the Entities;
    5. Shell Coles Express/Reddy Express may refuse to process your Barcode if it deems, acting reasonably, that you have failed to comply with redemption steps, your redemption is unsuccessful or not legitimate, or your Barcode is unreadable or expired, or you have used your phone irresponsibly on the forecourt, or you have engaged in any dangerous or potentially unsafe or illegal behaviour;
    6. if any aspect of this Promotion or Discount cannot proceed as expected, for any reason including by as a result of computer viruses, communications network or technical failure, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any cause beyond the control of the Entities, then any of these entities may in their sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion and your Discount;
    7. you will check the App, your email and/or the mycar website for any notices of change to the Promotion, including changes which might be made under clauses 2, 7.1 and 8.6, before you visit a Shell Coles Express/Reddy Express store to use the Discount;
    8. each of the Entities reserve the right to remove your Discount access if you fail to comply with these Terms; and
    9. if any of clauses 8.5 to 8.8 occur, you have no recourse against the Entities.
  9. The Entities will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using or processing or being unable to process any Discount, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  10. In the event of any dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or your Discount, the decision of mycar is final. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any problems or dissatisfaction with the Discount is to cease participation in the Promotion. Nothing in these Terms restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  11. The governing law and jurisdiction of these Terms is New South Wales, Australia.
