Workshop Controllers Roles

At mycar, our Workshop Controllers are technical leaders who ensure the highest standard of workmanship across the store. You’ll lead the day-to-day flow of the workshop - allocating jobs, managing productivity and supporting the team - while also rolling up your sleeves to complete high-quality mechanical work.

You’ll play a key role in coaching and developing your team, providing hands-on support and mentoring apprentices to help build the next generation of automotive technicians. Acting as a key technical escalation point, you’ll bring strong problem-solving skills and a passion for getting the job done right the first time - because at mycar, we care beyond the car.

Safety and quality are at the centre of everything you do. You’ll help create a safe, compliant, and high-performing workshop, while also supporting the Store Manager in delivering strong customer outcomes and overall store performance.
