If these persons resolve the Dispute then the resolution will be set out in a statement signed by each party, and if there is no resolution of the Dispute within 10 business days or such longer period as agreed in writing by the parties after the Dispute notice has been given to all parties then the Dispute must be referred to mediation in accordance with, and subject to, an appropriate form of small business mediation or arbitration, as determined by us.
