mycar and Uber Discount Terms and Conditions

mycar x UBER DISCOUNT ALWAYS ON PROMOTION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This Promotion is offered by Tyre and Auto Pty Ltd trading as mycar Tyre & Auto ABN 57 164 707 484 (mycar) in conjunction with Uber Carshare Pty Ltd (Uber Carshare) ABN 11 609 590 463 for qualifying tyre, services, prepurchase inspection and repairs booked through the dedicated Uber Carshare|mycar landing page.

2. Book any available mycar store or mobile through mycar’s listed contact number on the dedicated Uber Carshare|mycar landing page to receive the following discounts (Discount) off that service, tyre, repair and pre-purchase inspection:

a) 12.5% off tyres, repairs and servicing RRP – in store and mobile.

b) 15% off mobile pre-purchase inspections RRP.

c) Mobile servicing call out fee waived.

d) $20 discount off RRP on mobile tyre call out fee.

3. The Discount is subject to availability and mobile regional network coverage.

4. The Discount is not transferable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts.

5. The Discount does not cover batteries, or wheel alignments.

6. This Promotion will cease on 30 May 2024, or such other date as notified by mycar.

7. This Promotion is for genuine Uber Carshare vehicles owners only (and excludes fleet, government, wholesale customers and mycar team members).

8. Services for certain vehicle brands are unable to be booked and are excluded from this Promotion. This includes BMW, MINI, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover, MG, Porsche, Mercedes-AMG, BMW M, Tesla, Ferrari, Aston Martin, Bentley, Lamborghini, Rolls Royce, McLaren.

9. If any aspect of this Promotion cannot proceed as expected, for any reason including as a result of communications network or technical failure, computer viruses, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any cause beyond the control of mycar, then mycar may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion.

10. In the event of any dispute concerning the conduct of this Promotion, the decision of mycar is final. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any problems or dissatisfaction with this Promotion is to cease participation in this Promotion.

11. These terms may only be varied by mycar, in writing.

12. Nothing in these terms restricts, excludes, or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude, or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

13. The governing law and jurisdiction of these terms is New South Wales, Australia.
