Ongoing services for your BYD NEV

BYDs are unique vehicles and need to be serviced once a year or every 20,000 km (whichever comes first). It’s important to maintain this schedule no matter how old your car is. These services ensure your EV is running efficiently and charging as it should.

During your visit to mycar, your EV will be serviced according to the manufacturer’s instructions. We’ll give it a once-over to make sure everything is in good working condition, ensuring your BYD is in top shape.

But what about the battery? EV batteries are economical but they do need to be replaced every 8 years or so. When the time comes, you want replacement parts that are made for your vehicle—which is a top priority at mycar.
